Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all Xplosive Ape tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the generated shipping label to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
